Push Ups Workout is a part of Fitness Apps series by North Park. Push Ups Workout is a straight forward android app which is basically made to provide push ups training and works as a personal assistant. Push Ups store your regular push-ups data and provide you with various level designed according to your ability. You can practice the higher or lower level anytime or even a free practice without any time gap to challenge your skills.
Push Ups Workout App comes with a notify feature which let you to save a preferred time and help you to remind about your daily fitness exercise at that time. Also comes with a
widget which show Weekly and Daily progress.
You can easily Sync your data with Google Fit or create a local or online backup which help you to keep your progress protected. Google Fit Sync is recommended.

Your Push Ups training is divided into various level. On clearing each level you will meet with free practice which determines your next level.

Each level is further divided into various sets. You can complete a set on a daily basis. On completion of a set you can choose to attempt the same set again, jump to
easy or difficult level too.

Your progress stores automatically, after completion of every set or level the screen shows you your "Record". The record present a graph of push-ups done and burned Calories on a daily basis.
Your data will be saved in local, however you can create a backup or better to sync with Google Fit (Requires Internet Connection).
Cautions.
The first and foremost step is to clean your smartphone screen with any anti-bacterial cloth. Your smartphone screen might have more bacteria than your toilet bowl.
You can choose whether to tap with your forehead, your chin or if you're a beginner you can prefer your nose.
If you're new to pushups I recommend you to keep it at basic levels, regular breathing and drinking water at breaks is suggested. Push Ups puts a very high pressure on wrist joints you can purchase a Push Up bars from online or retail too.
Don't proceed above the limit, attempting only 10 - 15 push ups per day for even a week will gradually help you to practice attempt more another week (not for skinny, must read the suggested reading links).
Remember to wash your face with Anti-bacterial face wash or soap after push-ups.
