Okay in order to make fast we have to play a little tweak with your Windows Registry, you don't have to worry its safe or you can backup the registry I will mention later in this post. I wil discuss both two solution i.e, to limit high CPU usage and to speed up your bluestacks app player. Both are in contradiction to each other so you have to decide which one to use. And to be honest, both requires similar tweaking.

• Open registry, hit Win Key + R then type regedit.exe, the hit enter
• Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, navigate to SOFTWARE 
• Now expand SOFTWARE navigate to Bluestacks, expand it then Guests then Android.
  
• Now from the right side pane, double click the memory "data" and - lower the value from given to limit CPU usage - increase the value to speed up bluestacks.
  For eg - if given value is 600 lower to 300 to limit usage or increase the value to speed up.

To lock your android phone you need to click on lock from the web application. It will requires you to generate a new password, enter a message or your recovery phone number (both are optional). In case of mobile phone theft I personally don't think someone will call you. And then click on shining-blue-lock-button.

To erase all data just click on Erase button, this will popup a warning message from where you have to confirm the wiping of data. Click on red-erase-button to clear up all photos, apps, and data. Perform a factory reset when you're phone goes online. But after this the Android Device Manager will no longer works to locate your android phone.

These all steps only works if your phone connect with internet. In case a clever thief attempt a factory reset then your phone will no longer detectable via mobile phone trackers or any other android management software.
